For your security, never include your password, PIN, verification code, full debit or card number, bank account credentials, or Social Security number in this form. We will never ask for these to delete your account.
What happens when you delete your account
Please review the consequences carefully before continuing. This is required so you understand the impact of account deletion.
Your personal data is deleted
We delete or anonymize the personal information associated with your account (profile, preferences, linked contacts) after we verify you own the account.
Your FlowMoney balance and wallets
Any remaining FlowMoney balance is disbursed per our terms before closure. Your Privy embedded wallet remains on-chain — FlowMoney cannot delete a blockchain wallet, but we unlink it from your account.
Some records are retained by law
Financial, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, regulatory, tax, dispute, and compliance records may be retained when required by applicable law or financial-service obligations — only for the required period.
Deletion is not instant
We may contact you to verify account ownership. Information FlowMoney is legally required to retain is not deleted immediately and is not retained longer than necessary.
This cannot be undone
Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your FlowMoney history, cards, recipients, and saved settings. Recovery is not possible after deletion is complete.
